I am so happy you have found our blog! Our journey into our business began after we brought our daughter home through adoption and I decided to leave the life of a teacher to be a stay at home mom.
I hope to share and connect with other moms who enjoy having a beautifully decorated home even in the midst of having little ones running around and toys everywhere.
We began our business at our dining room table and it continues to grow like crazy in between nap times and late nights. I wanted to start this blog to help other moms who want to create a life they love – if that means helping you create a space to enjoy everyday while balancing life and motherhood or building your own handmade business. You will be able to find all sorts of information here on our site
A little more about me…I am a former special education teacher with a Masters in Education, but now am so thankful to be at home everyday with our little one. My husband and I have been married for almost 8 years. He has always been so supportive of every adventure I want to take on and is always by my side 100%. Parenting and running a business with him is awesome and we just make a great team. Thankfully, he likes to cook, because I definitely hate being in the kitchen. I’d much rather put something from Trader Joe’s in the oven and spend my time binge watching shows on Netflix (but with a toddler and business, there is no free time!).
